Judicial Pipeline

For decades, the WBA has been coaching women through the judicial application process.  The WBA's Judicial Pipeline Committee (JPC) offers invaluable, confidential guidance to WBA members considering applying to the bench, and also offers guidance through every aspect of the judicial appliation process.

· Confidential advice from the outset of contemplating a judgeship

· Application review

· Choosing recommenders

· Mock interview

· Advice from judges

Through the JPC, the WBA, along with other affinity bar associations which share an interest in promoting a diverse bench, also actively tap potential candidates to start considering a judgeship and charting their course earlier in their careers.

Please contact the committee chairs to request assistance with the judicial application process.
