The Family Law Answer Center

The Family Law Answer Center is a collaboration among the WBF, the Administrative Office of the Probate & Family Court, the Suffolk Probate & Family Court, the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, Casa Myrna Vazquez, New England School of Law, Northeastern School of Law, the Department of Revenue, the Department of Children and Families, and the Probate Department.  Volunteer attorneys and representatives from the affiliated agencies provide one-to-one assistance to litigants in the Probate & Family Court, helping them navigate the complex legal system as they pursue custody, child support, or other matters critical to their families’ wellbeing.  The Family Law Answer Center operates once per month during evening hours.
