MWI Mediation Services

MWI provides the following services:

  •  Mediation and Arbitration: MWI has a panel of experienced mediators and arbitrators who can help you resolve workplace & employment and a range of commercial matters. MWI also provides meeting facilitation services for meetings that are expected to be contentious or complex.
  •  Negotiation Skills Workshop: Based on principles developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project and the bestseller "Getting To Yes," this two-day interactive workshop is designed to build your capacity to negotiate collaboratively, producing better outcomes for all while enhancing working relationships. The program is held in an open-enrollment format in April and September each year in Boston, or MWI will provide a customized in-house program at your organization.
  • Forty-Hour Mediation Program: For those interested in becoming a mediator, MWI offers two forty-hour mediation trainings on weekdays in May and on weekends in July and November of each year. These trainings are held in Boston. These programs explore all aspects of the mediation process through the use of interactive lectures, demonstrations, exercises, supervised role-plays and group discussions.

MWI offers a 10% discount off of negotiation and mediation training programs for WBA members. Please contact Chuck Doran, Executive Director, at cdoran@mwi.org for more information.
