Act Requiring Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (H1345/S1057)
Lead Sponsors: Rep. Christine Barber and Sen. Cynthia Stone Creem
This bill would require employers with six or more employees and labor organizations to provide sexual harassment prevention training to employees within six months of hire date, and on an annual basis thereafter. The training must last at least two hours in length, include information about remedies available to victims of sexual harassment, and include bystander intervention training.
