This event will feature a candid conversation on how to get the experience one needs - across a variety of fields/practice areas - in the current landscape where training, client-facing business, and even trials are all conducted differently and with heavy hybrid/remote elements. We will focus our questions on how these challenges uniquely impact women and have resulted in a notable female leadership gap at the top. 

We welcome lawyers inside and outside the courtroom to dive into the impacts of hybrid/remote training on our next generation.
