This year's well-attended Gala featured LJR Honorees Justice Judith Cowin (Ret.), Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Taramattie Doucette, Greater Boston Legal Services, and Joan Lukey, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP.

We also honored four 2023 Emerging Women Leaders in the Law honorees: Julie Dick, Bulkley Richardson and Gelinas LLP, Avana Epperson-Temple, Peabody & Arnold LLP, Rep. Tram Nguyen, State Representative, 18th Essex, and Whitney Williams, Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office.

We also enjoyed a pre-recorded Fireside Chat between WBA President Jessica Babine, Cornetta Babine LLC, and Democratic Whip Katherine Clark.
