At Bowditch, our award-winning Women’s Initiative meets regularly, where we report on external initiatives for organizations with which we are involved and ensure that we maintain our ongoing presence.  We also focus on career advancement by discussing business books, podcasts, TedTalks and discuss how to use the strategies.  Throughout the year, we host networking events for our female clients and referral sources and provide educational programs focused on the needs and interests of female professionals.  This June, we are hosting our inaugural women-only Bowditch Birdies golf clinic and tournament.
