Our firm is comprised of three women attorneys who are members of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and one has a LLM in tax law. We have extensive experience with estate planning; trust and estate administration; and elder law.
We have seven highly experienced women as paraprofessionals and support staff who will keep your matter moving. Having such an extensively experienced support staff allows us to help keep your costs down.
Our estate plans are designed for each individual client. We do not use any software programs to create your individualized plan. We take the time to make each document we draft just right for your unique circumstance.
Although not by design, we have evolved into an office of all women who thrive in a supportive, respectful, child/pet friendly environment that allows flexible schedules. Through mentorship we promote upward mobility within our organization to foster success at all levels.
We sponsor annual community events through Acton Recreation, Minuteman Senior Services and, Emerson Hospital; and participate in local Council on Aging events answering legal questions for seniors.
