“Women continue to seek the law as a viable career, but historically lack promotion, development, sponsorship, and upward mobility. It is important to the Leadership at Nelson Mullins that we provide spaces to help women attorneys build capacity, build sustainable careers, build, and invest in their networks and increase opportunities for inclusive workspaces. Joining the Boston’s Women Bar Association fosters solidarity, strengthens advocacy, and supports a more comprehensive approach to gender equality, ultimately leading to more effective and equitable outcomes” Kat Taylor Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
