Massachusetts Attorney General's Office
The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office is an advocate and resource for the people of Massachusetts in many ways, including protecting consumers, combating fraud and corruption, investigating and prosecuting crime, and protecting the environment, workers, and civil rights.
As an office that serves all the communities of the Commonwealth, it is imperative that our staff reflect those communities to be of better service. Being members of the Women’s Bar Association is one way of connecting with the communities we serve and aligning our office with matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The MA AGO continues to honor and celebrate all the diversity that is represented throughout our office. We continue to speak to matters that impact our communities and our colleagues. Over the past few years, we have revamped our hiring practices to eliminate unconscious bias through the process. Additionally, we continue to tackle difficult conversations to create an environment of belonging.
