We litigate cases in federal and state courts in Massachusetts and around the country.  Collectively, our attorneys have practiced in every type of trial and litigation setting – including appellate courts, trial courts, arbitrations, and administrative hearings.  A distinguishing feature of our firm is that we represent plaintiffs and defendants, which deepens our litigation insights and experience.
