The WBA's Judicial Pipeline Committee (JPC) offers invaluable, confidential guidance to WBA members considering applying to the bench, and also offers guidance through every aspect of the judicial appliation process.

Through the JPC, the WBA, along with other affinity bar associations which share an interest in promoting a diverse bench, also actively tap potential candidates to start considering a judgeship and charting their course earlier in their careers.
